Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the skillet and blend with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with fresh parsley for garnish.
