  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
