Delightful combination of green beans and potatoes with turkey bacon for a country-style side dish.

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, add the potatoes and cook until tender.
  5. Add the green beans, garlic powder, onion powder, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until green beans are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
