  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and coffee, then mix until combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and espresso powder; mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream filling over the brownie batter in the pan.
  7. Top with the remaining brownie batter and smooth it out.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
