- 200 g unsalted butter
- 250 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 ml brewed coffee
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla.
- In a bowl, mix together flour and baking powder, then combine with the butter mixture.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and brewed coffee until well mixed.
