  • 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 2 cups crushed cookies
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee and sugar, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually fold in the coffee mixture.
  3. Add the chocolate fudge sauce, crushed cookies, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract, gently mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove from the pan, slice, and serve with additional fudge sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
