- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut for topping
