  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour and butter until crumbly.
  2. Add ice water gradually until the dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Roll out the dough and fit into a pie dish.
