Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  9. For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
