Chocolate Stuffed Coffee Brioche French Toast

A deliciously indulgent twist on the classic French toast, filled with chocolate and infused with coffee flavor.

  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter for cooking
  • powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread chocolate spread between two slices of brioche to make a sandwich.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip each brioche sandwich in the egg mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
