Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and smoked paprika, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the chickpeas and kale, cooking until the kale wilts.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
