Chicken Tortellini Soup

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup tortellini
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot, cooking until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the tortellini and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
