- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
