Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

A delicious blend of cheesy ranch flavor with hearty smoked sausage and potatoes that the whole family will love.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, stir in sour cream and milk, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
