- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and the beef mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
