A delicious and easy recipe for a comforting cheesy hamburger rice casserole that the whole family will love.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and the beef mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
