- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
