- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
