Cheesy Ground Beef & Potato Casserole (One-Pan Dinner!)

A delicious one-pan dinner that combines cheesy goodness with hearty ground beef and tender potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the diced potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
