  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until tender.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and cooked pasta until evenly coated.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, dollops of ricotta, and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
