  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons five spice powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, five spice powder, and garlic.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
