  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender.
