Broccoli Cheddar Chicken and Rice Casserole

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
