Breakfast Scramble Bowl

A delicious and satisfying breakfast scramble bowl featuring indulgent turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 ounces chicken ham
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add chicken ham to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add diced bell pepper and onion, cooking until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, then pour into the skillet. Stir gently to scramble.
  5. Once eggs are cooked, add shredded cheese and let melt.
  6. Serve the scramble in a bowl topped with crispy turkey bacon.
