  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Add the buttermilk and stir just until combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a circle about 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
