1 pound salmon fillets
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip each salmon piece into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
