  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Dip each salmon piece into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
