Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
  5. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
