  • 1 cup cranberry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry stuffing mix, onion, celery, egg, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and cranberries.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes
