Bacon And Egg Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until lightly browned. Chop into pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread, bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients and press down slightly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
