Avocado, Bacon and Egg Toasts with Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
  3. Scoop the avocado into a bowl, add salt and black pepper, and mash until smooth.
  4. In the same pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread, top with bacon and fried eggs.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
