Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars

Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars are the perfect combination of rich cheesecake and a crunchy apple crumble topping.

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine chopped apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, flour, and walnuts.
  7. Evenly distribute the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
