  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  5. Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and crumbled turkey bacon, stir well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread the cream of mushroom soup on top.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
