  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add in hash browns, chicken ham, and cheese, and mix well.
  5. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
