30 Minute Beef and Noodles Recipe

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth; mix well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the onion and garlic; sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in broccoli and pour the sauce mixture over the beef.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender and sauce thickens.
  8. Mix in cooked noodles and stir until well combined.
  9. Serve hot.
