20 Minute Mini Baked Chicken Tacos

A simple and quick recipe for baked chicken tacos that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells mini
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the chicken and stir well.
  4. Arrange taco shells on a baking tray.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture into each taco shell.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove and add lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
  9. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
