- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells mini
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned.
- Add taco seasoning to the chicken and stir well.
- Arrange taco shells on a baking tray.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each taco shell.
